We do have to charge fees for services that are not part of our everyday supply of electricity to you.

To avoid any surprises please see our schedule of fees listed below.

The above fees may be adjusted in accordance with your Product Schedule.

All fees are GST inclusive except for the Early Termination Fee.
A 1.5% credit card surcharge fee will be charged and added to payments made by Mastercard or Visa. Credit card surcharge will be taken at the time of payment and will not appear on your bill.

Your account will be charged in New Zealand Dollars.

*If your disconnection or reconnection fee is going to exceed this we will make contact with you.
**The afterhours fee applies to any reconnection that is requested after 4pm and for completion the same day, or any reconnection where the customer requests that it be done from 4pm onwards. The after hours reconnection fee also applies to Weekends and Public Holidays. Additional charges may apply for public holiday LPG deliveries.
Some tasks may require a combination of fees so we will discuss this with you when you request a task to be completed
If a serviceman is booked to complete a task and is unable to do so due to customer action a site visit fee may still be charged
